You can create a Marownie personal account, which will hold your name, billing address, ship-to address and a history of past orders.Your account will allow you to by-pass filling in some details when you order at www.marownie.com.You will need to enter your credit card each time you place one your orders.Marownie Bakery does not have your credit card information on file. This is for your security.
My orders
Placing an order on Marownie.com is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:
1. Browse our selection of brownies and add your favorites to your cart;
2. Enter your delivery information so we can ship your order;
3. Provide your payment details securely;
4. Add any special instructions or requests for your order, and you’re done!
You can place your order anytime that’s convenient for you.
We process orders as we receive them. You can choose a shipment date online and comments as optional. We complete orders the best as promised.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your package. If you encounter any issues or need assistance with tracking, please contact our customer support team.
Currently, we do not have a physical store for in-person pickups. Please place your order online at Marownie.com, and we’ll do our best to deliver it directly to your address. We’ll also accommodate your preferences regarding the delivery date and method, saving you time and hassle.

Payment
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal for secure and convenient payment. At this time, we do not accept cash on delivery or personal checks.
We obtain an authorization from your bank for the amount of your credit card purchase at the time of order and we finalize the transaction when your order is done. The credit card company authorization process may place a temporary hold on these funds until the transaction is finalized.
Shipping
Orders received before 12 PM CST may be shipped the day they are received Monday-Thursday, depending on your location
Our standard shipping method is USPS standard or Priority Mail, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. However, an exact delivery date is not guaranteed. Priority Mail is usually delivered separately from regular mail, and if the recipient is unavailable, a notice will be left in the mailbox or on the front door.
Occasionally, we may choose to use FedEx or UPS for delivery at no extra cost to you, at Marownie Bakery’s discretion.FedEx and UPS deliver Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a delivery notification if you’ve provided us with your email address.
- Overnight Service: Delivered the next business day (e.g., an overnight package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday, unless it’s a holiday).
- 2-Day Service: Delivered two business days after the ship date (e.g., a 2-Day package shipped on Thursday will arrive on Monday, unless it’s a holiday).
- 3-Day Service: Delivered three business days after the ship date (e.g., a 3-Day package shipped on Wednesday will arrive on Monday, unless it’s a holiday).
Please note that shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take an additional day and incur extra shipping costs.
Address labels are automatically generated from the information you provide in your online order. If an incorrect address is entered or the package is refused by the recipient and returned to us, we will notify you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in these cases. However, if you’d like, we can resend freshly baked brownies to the corrected address at half price, though you’ll need to cover the full cost of shipping.If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect address on the label), we will either issue a full refund or send a new package with freshly baked brownies at no additional cost to you.
My order hasn't arrived on time! We cannot guarantee a dispatch date or arrival date once the brownies have left the Marownie Bakery as we use third party shipping companies such as Fedex, UPS or USPS. If you need your brownies to arrive on a specified date, please allow enough time to account for shipping and place your order early.

Brownies
Marownie brownies stay fresh for 7-10 days when stored in a cool room. To maintain their freshness, keep them away from heat sources like electronic devices, direct sunlight, or areas with excessive moisture. If stored in the refrigerator, they will last 7-21 days, depending on the efficiency of your fridge. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 2 months, again depending on your freezer’s efficiency. We recommend storing the brownies in an airtight container to preserve their quality.Some people prefer to enjoy them straight from the fridge or freezer, without bringing them to room temperature.
Our brownies may contain common allergens such as wheat flour, eggs, butter, nuts, and peanuts (legumes). We use only high-quality ingredients and do not include preservatives like lecithin or nitrogen gas flush. For detailed information on ingredients that may cause allergies, please refer to the ingredient list provided on each brownie type page on our website.
Return policy
Marownie Bakery’s Return Policy
All sales are final for online orders. We do not offer refunds for brownies purchased online unless your order is missing items or was incorrectly packaged by our bakery.
Marownie Bakery is not responsible for any shipping issues caused by our carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), including delays, lost or stolen packages, damaged products, or smashed brownies. Once your order is shipped and a tracking label is created, we no longer have control over the package. We are unable to issue refunds for these types of issues.
If there’s a problem with your order, please email us with your claim and tracking number. We will forward your information to the insurance company covering shipping for assistance in resolving the issue.
All returns will be inspected. If your order does not meet the criteria for a return, we reserve the right to deny a refund. If you’re unsatisfied and request a replacement batch of brownies, you will be responsible for any shipping charges.
We begin processing orders as soon as they are received. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, modifications, or cancellations once the order is in process. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us right away, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We stand behind the quality of our products, using only the best ingredients and baking in small batches. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll issue a refund. In certain cases, we may ask you to return the product, and we’ll cover the shipping cost.
Address labels are generated directly from the information you provide in your online order. This information is used to create labels for USPS, FedEx, or UPS shipments. If you enter an incorrect address or the package is refused by the recipient and returned to us, we will notify you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in these cases. However, we can send you a new batch of brownies at half price, though you will be responsible for the full shipping cost.
If there’s an error on our part when creating the label, we will either issue a full refund or send a new package with freshly baked brownies at no extra charge to you.
